Space Coast CrossFit is located in the center of Brevard county, just north of the Pineda Causeway on US-1 in the former Space Coast Harley-Davidson building. We are easily accessed from anywhere within Melbourne, Rockledge, Palm Bay, and surrounding areas.

Space Coast Crossfit will teach any person of any age the physical, emotional and psychological benefits of being truly fit by incorporating the methods of CrossFit, nutrition application and developing the confidence building skills required to live life to its fullest.

We provide a safe, respectful and encouraging environment to motivate you toward reaching your fitness goals and the goals beyond our gym walls . There is also an empowering sense of camaraderie and support among the athletes here, and that is what makes each workout such a fun experience! The cheering for one another toward the end of the workout is usually the loudest part as each member who finishes then encourages the others to finish at the best of their ability.

Coach Diane Fu of FuBarbell at Space Coast CrossFit

Spend a full day with Coach Diane Fu of FuBarbell at Space Coast CrossFit in Melbourne, FL learning movement progressions and technical drills for improvement in the snatch and clean & jerk. This course is appropriate for coaches, trainers, and athletes of all levels looking to improve upon their own technical proficiency while gaining further understanding of the foundational principals applied in weightlifting. No previous experience with the Olympic lifts is required, but attendees should be reasonably versed with basic strength movements such as those found in CrossFit.

Attendees should be prepared for an active day of practical work separated by brief lectures. Lectures will cover topics ranging from basic mobility to improve Oly positioning, technical details of the lifts, and practical programming for athletes and/or the beginning weightlifter. Attendees will also have the opportunity to perform the snatch and clean & jerk under actual working loads and receive feedback, coaching and corrections from Coach Fu throughout the day.
