25 T2B for RX; K2E for Scaled; Knee Raises or FloorT2B for Beginners
20 Wall Ball Shots: RX 14ft/10ft; Scaled and Beginner 10ft/9ft; All 20lb/14lb
15 Clean & Jerk: RX #145/85; Scaled #115/65; Beginners #85/55
Bar Hops Rx & Scaled 100 reps; Beginners 50 reps (one rep is a hop over the bar, then a second hop back to starting position)
