I discovered Crossfit in January 2010 and have lived and breathed it everyday since. I have learned more about myself through CrossFit than most my other life experiences combined. I’ve gained friendships and a CrossFit family that inspires and challenges me day after day. It is a great honor to be a CrossFit coach, to train and motivate others beyond their own expectations.
When I first learned about CrossFit I was skeptical because some of the movements were contrary to what I did in the military and competitive sports as far as form goes. But the community feeling, constantly varied workouts and the overall goal to improve yourself, attracted me. I began working out and started tacking some of the named workouts to remain in top shape. I knew I wanted to help other people achieve their personal goals through CrossFit. As a Level 1 Coach my goal is to help every athlete learn proper form and work toward improving themselves every day.
